I am convinced he is one of the best guitar players in the world....He knows his stuff, check out his fingers and he plays with such ease....He is Magic and Wonderful. I can listen to him play all day and night....

is not the guitar, is the musician who plays it. the most important is to get a guitar that you feel confortable with and practice responsably, not the price of the guitar.

Thanks to Jack Thamarat videos I almost got out of the store with that Pacifica 212, and it was in good price (700 dollars), but the pickups and the pickguard were white. Probably if I get home with another guitar my mum wont let me in, and I will have to get a life.
@@thetenno1 It does? Strange. I' am pretty sure Yamaha would shout it from the rooftops if it did, like their 612V series. In fact, it'd be a 612VFMJT if it did.
@@capsuleboy Its a 212vfm, it should be lot cheaper than that.
Fired a Iron Gear Hot Slag Humbucker and two Pig Iron single coil over wound into my Pacifica 012 and it sounds pretty much like this. All Alinco V pups too. Great sound.

For the first time. Jack uses the Stock Pick-ups. He didn't change with his Seymour Duncan pick-ups.

I remember trying the the guitar of the year Pacifica 112 natural finish in the late 1990s and it lacked the quality and sound of my old RGX-321, which I still play today 21yrs later. Mine does have DiMarzio PAF Pro humbuckers in though; the stock pickups were a bit naff. The necks on the RGX are nice too and my only real criticisms are the softness of the fret metal, so they wear out quickly. The trem arms tend to lose the thread on the arm and swing loose, needing a DIY fix.

Kraft Music has them; however, they only carry the PAC212VFM (leave off the JT for Jack Thammarat).
@arr4gtr I wasn't relating to his superb technique and phrasing, It's the guitar I'm after. And unfortunately it's to be sold in Thailand territory only.

I've never understood why Yamaha guitars have had such a bad reputation for so long. They have always been of high quality, excellent sounding and play beautifully. Put in some decent pickups and away you go. People have been known to cover up or remove the Yamaha logo from the headstock too! WTF?!

Maybe you can get it in this color only in thai, im not sure.
It's a great guitar in a great price, it even comes in a left handed version (mine is.)
