2nd attempt - I tried again, first trying to "melt" the powder like Mr. Crafty Pants suggested on his video. As my heat press hovered over the design at 345 degrees the "PET" film began curling on the edges. It was basically melting. So the "PET film" that you have linked from 143 vinyl is now not heat tolerant. They must have gotten a restock that is not the same as the film you used.

Question you have in the link for supplies pet film from 143 vinyl have you even tried this film? I went and bought 2 packs because of your recommendation so this is what happened it did print using my sawgrass 1000 and using recommended heat settings this just melted on the shirt so bad you couldn't even pull it off. I will try again with lower heat. But this film is so thick, so my question is if you haven't tried this product why recommend just asking? Nothing against anyone but if it doesn't work then we waste money on a product that we may never have a use for. I'm hoping that you have suggestions on how to use this Pet film. I'll even mail you some sheets to try.

I am SO FRUSTRATED/ It either lifts off the shirt not adhering at al, or so stuck to the shirt I can not get the film off. I keep wasting money and all of these processes just so I can print white. I really like the dtf idea and purchased the suggested PET film and powder as soon as I saw your first video on it. I have an Epson ET-2760 that doesn't have a "Transparency" setting, and I've tried all the other settings with and without a piece of paper taped to the PET film and my printer will only print a fraction of the design, at best. My printer won't even accept the taped paper - and I've tried several different kinds of tape. Does anyone have any other ideas on getting my printer to print?

Question Design Bundles: The Pet Film you link is a 12x12 size. I am wondering if most people have the standard 8.5x11 sublimation printer tray. Is it possible to cut down the film size to fit the standard tray?
ALSO, As you probably know, the transfer powder you link is out of stock. Perhaps when you do videos you could link 2-3 options of where to purchase the products you are using to make it easier on your viewers. Could you suggest an alternative transfer powder as I don't want to purchase an inferior powder and Amazon states on their site that it is out of stock and they are not sure if the product will ever be available. Perhaps someone in the comments can add a comment if they have found or tried an alternative powder. thanks

I am beyond frustrated!!!! First the film Mr. Crafty Pants suggested failed miserably, wasting money. Then I purchased what is linked here from 143 vinyl and it showed up 12x12, which is my fault. so I cut it down to 8.5x11. Easy. There is a thin layer of film on the plastic sheet so I peeled it off because it was separating. Then it melted to my shirt. Then, the next printed fine and it too melted to my shirt. ARGH!!!!! I am doing every single thing exactly the same. My last ditched effort will be the new DTF I ordered on Amazon arriving tomorrow. If that doesn't work, I totally give up. I really hate being a negative Nelly. So I apologize. Crystal what is the film you are using in your video? It is not the same packaging as the link you shared.

HELP! You said at the beginning to order PET film and all i needed to worry about was that it was for DTF. Im here 4 months late but i noticed in the comments you said you updated the link for the PET film but that one says "Not intended for DTF transfers". I ordered some PET film on amazon that says its for DTF. Will that one work? Bc the link you posted says its not for DTF so im super confused.
