That has got to be so satisfying to be able to play like that! “And Your Bird Can Sing” was also my favorite and didn’t realize it was also yours until I rewound to see its order. That looks like a tough riff. When you see it played, you get a new appreciation for its complexity as well as its poetic beauty. 2 questions though: 1) Why is the video mirrored? Looks like you’re playing as a lefty, but the text in the background is mirrored. 2) You look young enough that you were born well after the split-up. What draws your interest in playing their music? Awesome playing!

E major, F# minor and B major, it’s only three chords in the solo. i’m glad the video got you a new appreciation for these songs! now answering your questions, the iphone’s front camera inverts the video, no big deal hahaha and my appreciation for the band comes from a very young age, my parents who had the red and blue album of their in the car and a friend of mine with whom i discovered the beatle catalog with, when i was around 12, maybe. from them on, they’ve been my favourite band. i mean, the beatles are unparalleled. nothing else can be said about them that hasn’t been said before! thanks again!

Great stuff! The Clapton solo we hear on the White Album is not quite how he played it: it had an additional vibrato added via a tape-wobbing effect. As far as I know, a version without the effect has never been realised; I'd be interested to hear if anyone knows differently.

Yes, it's mentioned in Mark Lewisohn's Beatles Sessions book. Apparently Clapton himself wanted it done to make it sound less like one of his typical solos. It's described in the book as a flanging effect from manually wobbling an oscillator driving a tape machine during playback, but the result seems to be, basically, a vibrato.
