We suspect you're thinking of the Kemper Military School. There were many reasons boys attended, but we suspect some were indeed accurately described as delinquents.
Okay, I grew up there all my life and there's nothing charming about boonville, they're picking out old buildings making it look like it's fabulous but trust me it's not.
