Unbelievable! She wouldn't stop. Even tried to grab the reins next to the trooper's hands. High time to stop the tourists from touching and crowding the horses.

I have noticed in the past weeks that the guards has really mellowed down in shouting and the tourist has been more bolder in their ways. I guess they would have to go back in shouting to control the tourist which is not wrong at all. To begin with they are in the military and has their rules. I think a lot of ppl don't know that and the guards get disrespected in many ways. Very sad

Some chains on poles that come out from the arch could work. The horse and guard just out of arms reach. Tourists need to be more respectful.
Good idea!! Unless they would get tangled up with the horse when he gets agitated. It is so dangerous when people put their babies and children so close! I’ve seen grown ups get thrown because they can’t read a sign! Poor horses.

Need a new sign: TOUCH THE REINS, YOU WILL FEEL THE SWORD. Guards need to act like they’re there to actually protect the King, not act like ornaments.
That guard should have yelled at her. That’s one of the problems. Some guards do not allow touching the
reins and will say something. If the guard is quiet, they just keep doing it. They don’t even feel the guard shaking the reins. They are too intent on posing.
It makes me crazy how these people act. They have to get a picture on the left side, then they have to get a picture on the right side. They have to get a picture with their spouse, they have to get a picture without their spouse, they have to cut in front of each other like they don’t see other people there and sometimes the same person will go back several times and get another picture. Absolutely insane.

There needs to be a protest to the royal family to protect their horses from being annoyed constantly .. they don't like it .. why do idiots have to stand like a zombie with their hand stretched out on the horse? I think the Royal family have other worries at the moment with Princess Kate and King Charles's health.

If they can’t read English they should take the time to find out what it says, there are enough people around to ask, including MOD officers! There is a big sign next to a guard and horse, most people would wonder it says before any interaction. I think the sign should have a white background with red writing. Might catch more attention.

having watched a few similar videos i have come to the conclusion that the average tourist has no horse sense,. The guards and the horses are not photo or film props, they are living beings and deserve respect.

I don't know what's happened. Last year this would have never happened. You would have heard the guards clear across the sea to stop tourists from doing this. This year no one says anything, no matter what tourists are doing.

They could do any number of things to prevent the rein grabbing and biting, but for some reason, they choose not to. 🤷♀ Let's face it, though -- it's a pretty dull job sitting there otherwise. It probably keeps the guards and horses awake. 🤣

Are the people stupid or just plain nasty! DO NOT TOUCH THE REINS ON THE HORSE! DO NOT HOLD THEM OR MOVE THEM…….IT IS FORBIDDEN FOR NON-PERSONNEL TO TOUCH THE REINS ON THE HORSES.
This way they need the mini fences back...people can't touch the horse at all...and horses might not fight to go back to work in the box
