I'm 4 weeks out and I'm feeling almost 100%. PT couldn't get me until about 6 weeks post surgery so I just started doing a program I downloaded at the gym on my own. Tons of core strength stuff, and I'm doing regular upper body lifts like before I got hurt. Still not lifting anything heavy up from the floor, but the flexibility is coming back. Can touch my toes again.
I had a decompression of L1 after fracturing my spine 5+ years ago and now I’m completely disabled. I struggle to walk very short distances. I also have nf1
I got surgery l4l5 micro scopic decectomey(left) decompression last month 27/05/2023 now exact 45days but still when am sitting electric shock like jerk in surgery area.. After pain radiating total left leg... Continuesly.... Can some one please ans ...am suffering very much
I had the same electric shock experience after 1 month and eventually had to call ETH and go to Emergency ward. Got shot up with Fentanyl, otherwise unbearable pain. Operation in Halifax. 10 weeks out from operation still in great pain daily. Neurosurgeon will call when he's back in mid-Dec. Then what? Nothing can happen til the new year. Help.
@@JeremysIron24 the only thing that helped me was digestion support supplements, cartilage from now products and red algae from now products, also true calm supplement

Good video. You did not mention anything about PT; when you recommend starting. I assume about 4 to 6 weeks based on info provided.

Stupid kind of music used in a very serious condition video.
