The shadow of the palace would be a female streamer who uses the money she gains from her fans for "charity" But as we find out she actually uses it for her own self benefits. The phantom thieves send a calling card that would be played on stream when its hacked by the phantom thieves. The treasure would manifest as a mechanical controller and the shadow form would be the Female streamer using the controller to make a mobile suit gundom with a crown and queen staff and she would use her follower shadows as a way of rebuilding armor she lost from taking damage by them throwing money at her. The thing would be that we would have to use futaba as she streams to get her followers out of the picture and go watch futabas stream. And then we would be able to destroy her armor.
