    To the creator of this Video: I don't know what you have been smoking! Charlotte is not a good place to live. Crime is very high, homeless camps everywhere. It like a small version of Los Angeles! I'm from Gastonia and very familiar with The Piedmont Region of the Carolinas. The only thing in CLT worth visiting that's safe is the CLT Airport ( past TSA) and Carowinds. Winston Salem is just as bad and so is Asheville. There all like a mini version of LA! Don't go there RUN!

      So you won't suggest moving to NC? We are planning to move from NY ( I'm addicted and love NYC), we just wanted to change something. We have 4 dogs and in NYC it's hard to rent a house with pets, because most buildings own by Jewish and some of them are not pet friendly. I was thinking about NC because my friend visited it few times and liked the climate. I was looking for SAFE ( very important) place, and mix of city vibes and nature, good schools and a lot of activities, max one hour from the beach and mountains. Please share your opinion 🙏🙏🙏 thank you

      @@VNH05I lived in the Raleigh Area. It’s very safe and clean and nice. I think you’d love it there.

    My family is moving to N.C. from Korea because we have a job at Duke Univ. I have found three cities arounf Duke Univ. and still do not decide which city is the best to live among Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill. If any Korean living there, please recommend one.

    Wilmington is nice, but just across the river, Southport is tiny and perfect. Beautiful homes, good dining options, a lovely waterfront, and friendly people.

    I'm really looking at Winston Salem, have a few houses saved after the process is done here in Naples, FL. Most of these videos of don't move or best I take as grain of salt and ignore the videos with the stupid reactionary picture. This video I enjoy.

    It's confusing when you are talking about a city and then show shots of the mountains or another city.

    How did you calculate the monthly expenditures ?

    • @familyfinancewarriors
      @familyfinancewarriors  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      To calculate monthly expenses in American cities, begin by categorizing your costs into areas such as housing, transportation, groceries, utilities, healthcare, entertainment, and savings. Collect data from various sources, including government statistics, cost-of-living calculators, and local resources, and then aggregate this data for each category. Be mindful that expenses are subject to change due to inflation, so factor in historical inflation rates for specific categories and regularly update your calculations. Summing up the costs in each category will give you an estimate of your total monthly expenses, but remember that individual circumstances may cause variations. Hope this helps.

    You won’t like NC. It’s the home of Ernest T Bass, Popcorn Sutton, The Darling family, and Barney Fife. Whoever made this video can’t actually live here. You would love Virginia or Georgia but up north really is more welcoming, diverse, and with much more culture…😂

    I didn’t understand why Obama and pelosi had anything to do with NC. They are the reason people are leaving California
