I was just watching Tulsi Gabbard speaking and I was wondering why Trump didn't choose her for VP but after watching this I can see that Vance is just as good of a choice. The big difference is Tulsi might bring in more of the female votes.

JD Vance is very articulate and a breath of fresh air. Notice he doesn't need a teleprompter or need notes. Vance's comments are consistent irrespective of the audience. That says a lot to me.

It is said he was not able to fulfill the testing requirements for the higher ranks so he retired as a sergeant major instead of the higher rank. There are also those that said he signed up for an additional 6 years instead of 4 so perhaps because he left early he was not able to retire at the higher rank. Military is known to advance your rank just with time in service but you also can advance quicker through testing and skill set. When I was in the service I achieve the higher rank going through a below the zone program where you meet a board that ask questions and observe your military knowledge. That also included testing.
I will say JD did call out Kamala and Pete and insinuated they didn't have children. I think that if anything will harm him the most because there is no defense for why he called them out specifically. He said it and he needs to either back track it and clarify the record or he needs to own it. That's something he can't deny.
