  • This video is part 1 of 2 and it shows the how to on installing the actual Ditch Light Brackets to your truck. I ended up making it a combo when purchasing and opted for their 27 W Side Projecting LED Pod. I go over installing the new pods to the bracket and how to install the bracket to the hood.
Really easy to install and can be done in about 30 mins with very little tools.
I used a Ratchet, 12mm Socket, Pilers, adjustable wrench, and the Allen Key provided by Cali Raised.
Tips I recommend for sure tho are installing the POD to the bracket first it’ll save you time and make things a lot easier.
    Cheers and hoped this helped.

Nice vid! Did you buy the 3rd gen lights as it says on the website and just install them on your 2nd gen?

Got a new subscriber. been wanting to modify my 2015 access cab and you made this along with the wiring seem so simple that I made the commitment. Just ordered the ditch lights, new headlights and grille insert(raptor style) how did you wire the amber lights for that?

no washers on the brackets?? there are lock washers and flat washers that go in there somewhere.

Honestly there may be some, I may have misplaced them when I opened the package but I just stuck with the original bolts and it’s worked fine.

@@pauliesgarage2838 there flat washers and lock washers that go there somewhere. but without lock washers (i`m trying to find out where the flat washers go as they don`t fit where the nuts are, from caliraised) the side bolts loosen up??

For future comment readers like me that were wondering what the answer was to this comment by OP:
      - My auxbeam brand ditch lights came with their own nuts, bolts, lock washers, and flat washers. Used the lock and flat washer above the nut since they cant fit where the bolt head is.
      - cali raised sends a bolt and a "nylon insert" nut with their 2nd gen tacoma brackets. The nylon insert nut would help lock the bolt a little bit and help it deal with vibration. I assume you could use these if you bought cali raised ditch lights that are compatible. Auxbeam has its own hardware that works better and goes perfectly onto the caliraised brackets.
