Govt should come up with a policy for all expressway and Highway construction. 1- Land to be acquired by respective state govt, 2- Tenders to be floated only after all lands are handed over to NHAI, 3- State govt may take 15% share of toll collection for 10 years. Railway should also adopt similar approach. State: Provide land Center/Railway: Own the land, construt line, run trains, share a portion of revenue with state for 10years. Proactive states should benefit more.

Recently, Union Road Transport Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari has been forced to issue a notice to the Punjab government in which he has informed that the Punjab government has failed to acquire land, due to which the work of 5 national highway projects going on there has been halted in Punjab and it is still not known how far the matter will go and when its solution will be found, till then no work can be done because the Punjab government is useless and worthless like Kejriwal 🙏🏻

That's because, China me land acquisition ka koi jhanjhat nahi hai. Waha pe koi bhi vyakti jameen nahi khareed sakta, sari jameen govt ki hoti hai. Govt sirf 70 years ke liye logo ko lease pe deti hai jameen, of course for a certain amount of money. Aur yadi govt ko koi infra project banana ho toh wohi lease terminate kar sakti hai. Thats one of the reasons why you see so much rapid development of infra in China. Apne yaha kafi complicated hai sub kuch. China me contracters pe bhi kafi heavy fines lagte hai jab bhi govt ko lagta hai ki kaam ki quality ya fir timeline thik na ho toh.
