Hello Armand...to help clarify i hope i can describe what i mean by hitting from the opposite side. First, one of the common areas my students struggle with is extending their arm far enough out into the court at contact. So by turning around so the racquet arm is on the net side, and hitting balls from that side, a contact point is developed -a contact point much further into the court than not. Now progressing into a normal service swing and rotation from “the dab”, the ball is then struck in the correct place...further into the court, where most of my students struggle to toss the ball.
