    I tried this and its working, earlier i used to hit loopy forehand now they are going in flat and low and more power, Thanks for this video.

    yes, this is my problem , i was trying to extend but dont get it at all in the match, Will do this drill and see if that works, Thanks. Explained in an easy manner

    It has been 7 days since i tried to implement this adjustment, it feels like my racket has spring in it, ball panetrates like anything. I have been playing recreational tennis from 16 years , I though I had a good forehand and people used to fear my forehand, but this adjust ment added xfactor which was missing. Now i am not getting it natuarally, old habits are creaping , i keep going to ball close , working on it, doing shadow practice slowly improving. I use wilson juice , If i increase my racket weight it will be even deadlier. Thanks a lot for this hidden gem.
