How long did the background check take ?
depends on the state. Some states its less than an hour and some states it can be a few days
Mine came with four different back straps... You are missing two of them. And they came on a storage tree not in a plastic bag like yours did.

@@zombieslayer4368 I also recently purchased a Gen 5 from Cabela's and it only came with the 2 larger beaver tail back straps. I would be interested to hear what you found out. They told me the newer shipments only came with 2.

WOW! That's crazy! I got mine in April and the manufacturing date was January 2023 and it came with four back straps. But I bought it at my local gun store. Maybe there is a variation between to one's shipped to big box stores versus the one's shipped to local gun shops...? 🤔
I couldn't bring myself to carry a dagger , I bought one and right out the box the trigger wouldn't rest unless you racked the slide like 4-6 times , had to send it back for warranty before I even got to shoot it. It works now but I'd never have faith in carrying it due to that . I'll stick with my Glock .
Sorry to hear you had that experience. Never heard of that issue with the dagger before at all. I got about the same trust in it as my Glock but I did replace the striker with OEM parts. Haven’t had a failure yet.

My Glock 19 gen 5 only came with 3 10 round mags…
Either you’re state doesn’t allow the 15rd mags or you bought the 10+1 version…🥶

@@Westpine29 so theoretically yesss you could!! There is no difference between the 10+1 and the 15+1 besides the magazine! But for TH-cam purposes I do have to inform you that it depends on the state you live in and if it’s legal or not. Some website won’t even ship them if you live in a state that won’t allow them. But I think you should be fine!!💯

Glock downgraded the content in the gen5 box...first 4 backstraps 2 sizes with beavertail 2 without, now only two with beavertail, the MOS version now has a plastic slide cut cover... less content same price....that's sad
