How do you get the heating plate to not spin.
The new Duo Plus model has the anti spin feature, that holds the inner pot in place. For older models, we always recommend using a heat resistant oven mitt when holding the pot in place.
The temperature setting is not working anymore... the saute function is not heating properly...
