The OS is slower for games than the stock S4 mini OS, I find my phone being warmer than usual, but gets toasty when using social media, the messenger app doesn't work, but the lite version works. It also seems to crash when you go back and forth in the OS. Other than those downsides, I think it's worth it! Also, if you're experiencing loud sounds when you play a video, be sure to turn off the AudioFX equalizer.
I have question about status of bootloader. There are posts in the net to unlock bootloader first. is it necessary. others say that bootloader of samsung s4 mini gt-i9192 is already unlocked. Can you explain this case?

It is simple. Just reboot device and open download mode. Next instal new twpr like previous one. After this update you should be able to instal new android.
it's not laggy, at least I did not notice anything. only bad thing is, battery can not last as long as on stock Rom. But that can be fixed by tweaking app battery usages.

I have the same problem as you, did you solve it somehow by any chance? (I have the gt-I9591I android ver. 4.4.4), i can't figure out why i get stuck at that point... I also tried using different versions of twrp but nothing solved :(
Hey! I tried doing this on my i9195. Everything went fine until lineage is booting. When it is almost finished booting it instantly reboots and goes back to TWRP (recovery booting). What could be wrong? I installed without miniSD.

I have just installed Lineage OS 18.1 using this video. I also came across an error when installing the ZIP files. I did 2 things which may have helped. 1. Using TWRP 3.5.0_9 and 2. Transferring the ZIPs onto SD card and installing from SD card.

i can't install Gapps cuz every time I try to download on opengapps, it comes a .bin file instead of a .zip file
try downloading another variant, like 'nano' or 'micro'. Or you can always extract the files and zip it again in .zip format.

Problem solved:) I just installed the latest version of twrp-3.5.0_9-0
It is simple. Just reboot device and open download mode. Next instal new twpr like previous one. After this update you should be able to instal new android.

I don't think anybody can help you with that here. That's more of a lineage os issue than flashing issue. You should check xda developers forum.

not good, it drains battery more than stock rom, but you can use battery saver apps like Greenify to get better performance.
