I opted to use slightly heavier weights for most of the moves since today is technically my strength day. You sprinkled in just the right amount and type of cardio. THANK YOU!!!!
Enjoyed this video! I got through 80% of it in one hour, as I consciously make sure not to use momentum on the exercises... so each set for me is about 50 seconds long and then I rewind sometimes. Always get a great workout when following along with Penny!
Sweaty! Really good workout. I've been increasing my workout time each week. The hour went pretty fast! I'm not going to lie--I took advantage of most of the modifications. Thanks for always including them. 💪

This was great 😃 exactly my type of workout. Long, no repeat strength and cardio but low impact I ❤. According to my Garmin 498 calories burned, however I did each exercise for 45 seconds. Thanks Penny 😘
