b) he subconsciously connects her with his own training to be fit, and so as he's lost weight and felt happy and more confident about his self-image, he associates this with the fitness trainer character

I’ve got the perfect strategy for rolling dash attacks: ~the parry counter~. When you’re fighting either Banjo or DK you should try it out sometime while you’re using a character with a counterattack.

For real though, Wii Fit Trainer is so much fun to play. Burying on jab 3, header shenanigans, deep breathing, 3 different spike hitboxes, forward tilt. ridiculously long air-time, I love it.
I mained them at first as a joke but decided to just go all in because, win or lose, I had fun.

I hated playing Wii fit, Palutena, Zelda, and Game and Watch when Ultimate came out. Recently, something just clicked and now they’re my most used characters
If you ever play Pikachu, you can ledge guard by going off stage and then start moving back onto the stage and press down b. This causes there to be a wall of electricity to appear that can easily ledge guard someone, and you just drift back onto stage.
