    Just wanna say that calories are important. Less than 500 calories a day is not healthy. It depends on your height and weight obviously but 500 a day isn't even there in the average category needed for one person. 0 calories doesn't make a food healthy/good.

      Depends if you have extra body fat or not. 500 is plenty to get your water soluble micronutrients (not stored in the body) if you have body fat to burn.

Eating around 500 calories for a couple of days means your metabolism will slow down. The weightless you'll experience won't be fat. First you'll lose water. Doesn't take long for your body to start tearing down muscle because to burn fat you will actually need goddamn energy and the last thing your body will do on 500 cals is burning fat. Why do you think it's so hard to lose fat but incomparably easy to gain it??

    The way you explained about eating disorders and the disclaimer at the beginning really touched me, it’s rare to find that kind of thing at the beginning of a workout or diet video and I think everyone who’s ever suffered or even people who haven’t, are really thankful for that.     I don’t understand why people have a “low carb diet”. Carbs are super important to stay energised and they have super many nutrition sources in them like potato, whole wheat bread and pasta, vegetables and fruits, brown rice has so many great things inside them..... so much that you need in your daily basis. I don’t understand why people are afraid of them. HEALTHY CARBS DOESN’T MAKE YOU FAT. Eating only greens will not solve your problem. Yes, if you eat a lot of it you probably will gain some weight, but that’s why you have it in moderation with protein and healthy fats....... don’t let anyone or anything say to you that carbs are not good for you because it is💗

      Generally when people cut out carbs they just mean simple processed carbs (white bread, sugar, white pasta)... if someone were to completely cut out carbs they would be on a meat only diet...

      I learned in my nutrition class that carbs are essential to proper brain function. You are feeding your brain when you eat carbs because the brain needs glucose. Obviously you have to eat them in moderation though.

    advise for your arm, because i did a similar thing to my elbow and i was dumb and made it worse by not moving it at all and it caused my tendon to shrink and now i’m in massive pain still even 3 years later. but get something around 2kg and lift your arm above your head and use the weight by lifting your arm up and down but keeping your upper arm straight up and next to your head. ((idk if this makes any sense lmaoo) but just do it a little bit at a time and after a few weeks or so move up the weight up to 2.5 kg then to 3kg and continue until the pain isn’t a thing anymore :))💕

    I don’t understand why people are so afraid of carbs!! Carbs are SO important when working out. They are your energy source and without them your body will start breaking down and taking energy from your muscle which is like the opposite of what we want when working out. There are of course ”good” carbs and ”bad carbs”. Don’t have a donut and a snickers as your carb source but please do eat some whole grain pasta or rice with fish, meat or a vegetarian option such as tofu or soy. It is so important that we get both carbs, fat and protein for our body to function properly. Everyone of course have different builds and goals but none of these 3 should be left out of your diet entirely.
    English isn’t my first language so I can’t really explain it as well as I would have liked but please for anyone who comes across this. NOT ALL CARBS ARE BAD!! Don’t fear them. Learn about what your body needs and how you benefit from it. Take care

      Carbs are not essential nutrients. You can easily survive on fats and proteins. Carbs is literally just energy but many of them cause inflammation and insulin resistance. Cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

      Natural plant based carbs from veg and whole grains =/= to refined carbs found in white breads/white sugar/pastas/etc.

      natalie fernandez they aren’t the same but your body still stores excess carbs as body fat. It doesn’t take in fruit and veggie carbs any differently. They may be better for you nutritionally but they still contain carbs.

    To all the people in the comments saying this inspires them to be healthy... Flossie's diet in this challenge is NOT healthy. She is barely consuming 750 calories a day and on top of that burning 500 at the gym. Her body will be going into starvation mode and her metabolism will be dropping to adapt to the lack of food. She is not giving her body the energy or nutrients it needs and therefore this is extremely unhealthy. Victoria secret models can eat a much larger and more varied diet than this - and do eat carbs ! check out Karlie Kloss, Sanne Violet and Romee Strijd channels for reference. I understand that the video was meant to be lighthearted but a lot of Flossie's views seem very worrying towards food and I know will be very impressionable to many young girls. CARBS ARE NOT BAD, THEY LITERALLY FUEL YOUR BODY, MOST WOMEN NEED 2000 CALORIES PER DAY, TO LOSE WEIGHT A SMALL CALORIE DEFECIT IS NEEDED (100/200 CAL) dramatic calorie cuts have been proven time and time again to not work as a method of weight loss long term, and lead to disordered eating, malnutrition and crashed metabolism. You're all beautiful! Treat yo body with the love and nourishment it deserves

      Samira Junkersdorf i know it but i’m really feeling bad in that weight, like i get tired quickly and some of my outfits doesn’t fit well. btw i’m 1.58m and two years ago i had severe depression & some attacks, in that time i lost 10kg (my weight is like 38/9kg) today i’m going very well and i just want take care to myself. thank you. 🌸

    Flossie you should try having smoothie bowls for breakfast (fruit, almond or coconut milk and banana in a blender). Some people top it with chai seeds and more fruit x

    I hadnt exercised for 8 months and I gained 25kg from binge eating. The end of my second week at the gym I was successfully doing 45 minutes of cardio and burning 400-500 calories. It was insane how fine I felt afterwards. Your body really is an amazing machine, its okay to feel pain at the gym. 30 minutes after your done you will be thinking "i could have done another 15 minutes I feel fine". Just give it a go!!

    I do perfect on these kind of diets and I think it’s all about how you see food and what kind of person you are, and most importantly how your body is and how it works. I am a extremely picky eater and I also have braces so it keeps me from eating any junk food or comfort food, and I also try to find comfort in other things I like such as my horse, video games, other things I can’t think of at the moment..
    that’s why in modeling it’s very important how you look AND how you think.

    This diet and exercise plan has helped me lose 75lbs. I’m not where I’m supposed to be yet but I’m so happy about what I’ve lost. And it’s actually a lot of food.

      Well for the workout try somethin that u liked u know try bunch of sports and activities and find the one who suits u the best if u like dance sessions go for it !! Dont push yourself to workout everyday but to move at least 30 min go for a walk or do 6 000 steps (thats the average u should do)
      And for the food try and discover recipes, different foods and eat what you enjoy to eat if u hate beans for exemple dont eat them
      And its okay sometimes to eat high sugary things, junk food and stuff like that dont be harsh with yourself
      (I know u wrote this comment like one year ago so thats may have changed )

    You can burn like 400 calories in an hour going rock climbing indoors! (Outdoors as well but that’s harder to access cause of all the gear and stuff)

    This is so upsetting. On day 6 she burned 500 calories yet only had one meal which she said herself was probably under 300 so that means she ate -200 calories. Bear in mind (broadly speaking) maintenance calories for women are around 2000 and recommended weight loss is 1200 and up. On this day she practically ate 0 calories!! This is so saddening that she feels the need to starve herself to that extremity.

    The model diets are actually useless. Because I’m a model and I don’t eat any of that stuff I just eat 3 meals a day and workout 3 times a week for 2 hours. And my model coach tells us we need to eat happy food witch means eat what we feel happy eating so yeah there is some inspiration for some of u young models out there :)
