Welcome Home, Toulouse Geese!

We acquire four Toulouse Geese from a farm in a neighboring county to help act as protectors for our chicken and duck flocks. Male Toulouse can weigh as much as 20lbs at maturity, while females weigh roughly 17lbs. This domesticated goose is a French breed from the area of Toulouse in southwestern France. They're said to have a friendly disposition and are used for meat, foie gras, goose down, and eggs.
