What an awesome van!! my wife and i have a 64 Viscount we built from an empty shell, the owner we got her from used it as a dog kennel, we would never sell "Ëlsie"

Thats a cool story, Elsie used to be a dog kennel. We have named Ruby, after our Dog. Who has recently, now passed away.
I hope you are enjoying Elsie

Any updates Shane? I fully renovated an old Roma 70"s 17' 6" single axle caravan about 10yrs ago that looks similar to yours in style/shape and it came out a treat and we still have it - plus now another caravan being a 1989 18" Coromal Seka 535 poptop dual axle in excellent condition which i am about to do some mods to as well (toilet & shower).
The Roma we have had many happy holidays in as i added a modern split system aircon and brand new Carefree 16' rollout awning and a brand new modern style security door and brand new hinged step which were all a game changer.
I gutted the interior (floor/walls/ceiling/funiture and started from scratch with all new materials and appliances including full height fridge and underbench freezer, mutliconvection microwave, island bed with Orpho pillowtop mattress and modern flatscreen caravan TV. Mine already had 2 x 4 seasons roof hatches and they were in in perfect condition. My chassis was also in perfect condition and just required repainting, updated axle/springs & electric brakes and brand new rims & LT tyres and new lights & jockey wheel. Passed with flying colours over the pits for rego and came in at 1300kg tare / 1700kg gross which is perfect for towing

Sorry no updates at the moment. I really want to get back to this project.
      Your projects sound great.
Thanks for watching. Please stay tuned, I really want to get back to this van. I have had a bit going on in my lift lately. I feel I am getting an understanding of who I am.

I'd love to hear about your project.
I haven't got around to editing it yet.

2x singles and the loungeroom chairs turn into a double. Plenty of space for my family. Hopefully I can get back to this project soon.
