Thank you for the look around! We sold our 1967 caravan 18 months ago to a family who knew how to look after It. To find a person who can restore them is wonderful!
We have a 1976 Alpine Sprite at the bottom of the garden, doesn't go anywhere we use it as a summer house, guest room, man cave etc, finally got round to fixing the interior during lockdown, it has had a few damp problems over the years. Still got a working gas light in it.
That big one is nice. I have had travel trailers all my life. Started out with a tiny 13 footer. Went up to a 20, 26 28 and a 30 footer that I bought beat and spent months fixing up, That one (30) I traveled the country with for years when the kids were young. Now they are grown and mom and I have a nice Class A diesel pusher I have talked about before. I hope once this monster (virus) is over you might come to the states. I love to show you our classic (2003) Wanderlodge.
That' was a really good watch, thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
Feeling a sense of Nostalgia.
Its like looking back at Memory lane.
Thankyou travelling kate.
Enjoyed the Vidlog.

Nice one, Karen. It’s awesome that people are still interested in saving these old vans from the scrap heap. 😀
And the old caravans have such character!
So nice that peapel are making the carawan new again!
Yes, they are worth saving, I think.

That's a fantastic niche business, I love the idea of redoing a vintage caravan...maybe someday. Looking forward to seeing yours come along too.
Yes and naturally fell into the business too.

Wish we had a few breakers here!

Hi there, Another awesome video. What camera do you use to record your videos?
I use a Sony A6400
@@TravellingK Thanks for the heads up Karen. Do you use an external microphone too?
When deciding on door width, a little wider than a wheelchair would be good! ..... and a portable ramp?
Ah true! Sounds like that's do-able😀
I bet this guy could help you with your oven and refrigerator.
Maybe?
I have one like this mine is called a Crusader
You always seem to get the audio right... Do you use a separate personal recorder or does your camera have some special microphone? Well done...
Thanks Stephen! I used the audio on my camera. Luckily not a windy day.
The Treckor of the caravan world. lol. (old nz built jeep thing)

I really struggled with the audio on this one, voices seemed to be fighting against the background music :(
