Watching these vid on my Huawei P30. I can say it's still rock even it lacks some specs considered to be on a high-end smartphone. But for me. It's good. Since it got a bettter SOC like the P30 Pro. And a pocket size Beast... This is my first Huawei High-end phone and I can totally say that im impressed. Love Huawei.

It's underrated but here in the Phils it's being sold on Sale now. Got mine for only 26,990.00 with 8/128gb variant. Very compact, high quality. Everything is sulit with P30 - really a good choice after my P20.

Huawei shoots excellent video stabilization, and the latest update EMUI9.1.0.153 ROM until it can take a video. 2-screen video, fixed-screen, one-time zoom up to 15x
Watching this through P30. Imo, 1 of the downside is there is no led notification. I hv to constantly open my phone to check any notification. And I notice that the fingerprint lock keeps on blinking. Also, it does not support WEP network security. But in this case I'm good with it. Just hv to upgrade it to WPA. Anyway thank you for the video 😁 I still felt proud owning P30.

True I own a iPhone 7 and I am struggling to replaced with something on similar size, I take very good care of my phones no case or glass just because I like to feel the shape of it. I am in between P20 and P30 i think p20 is thinner, might go for that. Bought p30 pro for my girlfriend so good pics already.

Now I have to find the case, the screen protector, the camera protector. For me, I don't mind the phone to be thick because it gives you the solid feeling. Thin means it might easy to be broken, and that you have to put extra care. Remember the phone that can be bent inside you pocket? That's the problem with large and thin at the same time.

after 4 years using it, my phone totally dead. even changing mobo still not able to fix it. so im planning to buy a new phone now. so far p30 very good to use. Battery super charge. Gaming COD 3-4 hours max. Camera still can capture moon, zooming, macro and portrait all good. Audio jack, speaker, BLTH, wifi all good. CONS : software/android is pretty amusing and not comfortable (you know google banned huawei right). back cover is easily broke/cracked but mine got cracked last year November (i really taking a good care of it cuz it just a small crack)
Really wish it had stock-ish Android. I loved my P20 but the EMUI interface killed it for me, laggy and regularly had software issues. Ended up selling it because notifications kept messing up and the battery optimization software was a mess.

It doesn't have Gorilla Glass. It has aluminosilicate glass which is the same kind of glass as Gorilla Glass. Huawei themselves told me when I emailed them to ask.
I will say, I hate the front facing camera on this RN. I felt my original pixel took better selfies. Now, this might sound vain - but I'm a cosmetics blogger it's kind of a big deal. I can flip it around and take better pictures that way. Overprocessing was an immediate turn off, but you can make some adjustments. I feel I will get used to it, but I'm bias towards Pixel. My issue is Pixel got way too expensive for what it is and I can't justify the contract price options ATM.
P30 is better than P30 pro because it has a headphone jack.. Yayyyy...plus im not a fan of wireless charging since its kinda taking space, also i hate curved screen in pro version ..since i use more headphones, i dont think stereo speaker is important. And by December 2019, the price of this phone only 450€. So its still worth and still not so far behind the technological updates. So P30 is totally designed for people like me.

Honestly, I think the P30 is worthless cuz the Mate 20 pro overall is better than it. Both have the same SoC, Optical zooming capability but Mate 20 Pro has wireless charging, stereo speakers ,better display, and is cheaper than the P30. The onoy better part of P30 compared with the Mate20 pro is the headphone jack and notch size.

Wireless charging is useless, the output is only 1A, in my s8, it took ages to charge my s8, n some times it's impratical using the wireless charging
