    Clove oil is very rich in phenolic compounds that promote hair growth, improve scalp health and prevent premature graying of hair. Clove (Syzygium aromaticum) in general has very high antioxidant and antimicrobial activities. It has been used for centuries as a natural food preservative and for many medicinal purposes. Examples of phenolic compounds found in cloves : eugenol, eugenol acetate, gallic, caffeic, ferulic, elagic and salicylic acids.

    Your hair is absolutely beautiful however, i would love to see more before and after with these hair treatment. Why? some persons can have naturally long hair and just do these hair treatment without proof of how it works. I really would love to see more before and after in the videos. Your hair is super beautiful.

    • @UnivHairSoleil3
      @UnivHairSoleil3  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thank you Victoria ! 🤗 I just prepared peppermint tea, let it cool down and then I put it in my spray bottle. I would then add the hair growth oil of my choice (clove oil, peppermint oil or rosemary oil for example). I did a video about it here : th-cam.com/video/Yzd6GubTxQc/w-d-xo.html

    Hi Audrey! I'm certainly not trying to tell you your business so please do not be offended.
    I listen to a varity of websites on hair care and I try to make sure I only listen to videos that have a scientific basis (like yours). I recently learned you're actually not supposed to wash the length of your hair to the ends. Even sulfate-free shampoo is not good for your hair, it dries it out. The shampoo should only be used on your scalp, massaged in and then rinsed out through the hair. It's just something I learned recently and I thought I'd share it with you and the group in case it may benefit someone.
    Thank you, I absolutely love your videos!❤

    Hi, what is the most effective treatment that you have used to make your hair grow like this? Can you give me some advice I also live in Sweden

    • @UnivHairSoleil3
      @UnivHairSoleil3  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Diana, I did several methods to achieve my hair goals. The hair growth oil I used the most was my peppermint hair growth oil. I did a video about it here : th-cam.com/video/e9FUZxYuTRg/w-d-xo.html
      At the beginning of my hair growth journey I also used rosemary oil, onion juice, apple cider vinegar, green and black teas. I made a very detailed video about what I did to achieve tailbone length hair for the first time here :
      th-cam.com/video/mo6xYPZbsRI/w-d-xo.html
      After a while I cut my hair but I achieved tailbone length again by keeping the same length retention methods and applying hair growth treatments to my hair and scalp regularly. I was in the Caribbean and it was like paradise to me to have access to so many plants for hair growth for free ! 😍 I have a playlist about Caribbean Hair Growth Secrets here if you're interested :

    How often do you retwist and add oil?

    • @UnivHairSoleil3
      @UnivHairSoleil3  ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't have a specific rule. I would just retwist when I feel like I had to do it. For this hairstyle I retwisted only those two sections in the front twice during the week.
