2 TSP cloves, 1 cup of hot water boil for 5 mins, leave it overnight in the same pot. The next day warm it a little and then strain it in a spray bottle.

I like the simplicity of this video. To be honest the only real issue I have is the thumbnail. It shows a woman with extremely long hair and in other parts of the video. However the lady making the video never shows her hair or face which means she may not actually have long hair herself. This is an common issue on you tube and often brings doubt to the viewer as to whether the video is genuine. It is always good to show viewers the face or prove of what the video is about.

Yes..1 week of using it,there's already a good result. After bathing,make sure that my hair is almost dry,then, I spray it with the clove juice, and massage my scalp for 5 minutes...I don't rinse it anymore...nice smell.

This is a fabulously concise, informative overview for all porosities. A consistent routine is key. Ayurveda is also a godsend. I don't condition but I do deep condition because my hair loves it and my fenugreek clove and hibiscus hair spritz and I are one three times a week along with once a week diy light oil. Prepooing was a game changer. Love your routine. Oh and as a high porosity girl, I do protein treatments 3rd week per month or a henna gloss. I can because I am high po.
