Beth, speaking as a Minnesotan who relocated to Georgia 25 years ago, I remember all we could wear in 70 below windchill were huge puffy down coats! So glad to live in Georgia and wear lighter coats. You are an inspiration!
Great video, Beth. I am originally from Chicago but I now reside in Scottsdale, Arizona and have been living here for the past 27 years. Although the climates are so different, I still prefer winter clothes over summer clothes. I love, love, love sweaters. I have about six cashmere sweaters and I purchased The Perfect Turtleneck sweaters from Talbots in five different colors. They are so comfortable and versatile and reasonably priced. I'm just waiting for cooler temperatures so that I can wear my winter clothes. Beth, you inspired me to continue wearing my short wool skirt I purchased from Banana Republic about 8 years ago. I am 66 years young, but I wasn't sure if the short length was still appropriate for me. You look fabulous in your short wool dress. Thanks Beth.
I live in Michigan, so the sweater weather truly begins in late the Fall. I ❤️ my turtle neck sweaters, which is a staple for me. People always commented on my style choices, and the turtleneck is the backbone of it. ❤🧤🧣🕶👢
Winter is a season for more variations when it comes to clothings. One could wear cute leather items which would be too warm during summer. Scarfs.... you name it. Your sweaterdress outfit here is just smashing gorgeous!! 😍 Thanks for showing us Beth!
I love winter because it’s sweaters, blazers, coats, trousers, boots, shoes, scarves 🧣 and layering. Summer is probably my least favourite season because I don’t deal with the heat well and tend to wear as little as possible 😂
The sweater dress with boots that you model in this video is just perfect for keeping warm but being super stylish. You look great. Thanks so much for the mini-tutorial on tying scarves too. I grabbed a long scarf and followed along and it works!
I love the red coat and red gloves! Although I also loved everything else too😊. My favorite season is Spring but I do love the Fall/Winter clothing styles. Your suggestions always help me out!❤
Absolutely! One of my sayings to live by is about attitude : “If you think you can, you can. If you think you can’t, you’re right.” Treating yourself to wardrobe updates is a great pick me up. For that reason alone, I appreciate all four seasons.
I love these tips. I love drinking tea. Especially green tea that is my favorite next to ginger. Winter is not my favorite time of the year. However I do love summer and fall. Thank you Beth for sharing! Sending you, Beth and everyone here love, light and good deeds.❤❤☮☮
I love cashmere and wool sweaters. Unfortunately I can’t wear either, the itch is awful and I break out in hives. I enjoyed this video, fall and winter are my favorite seasons and I like all the clothes associated with them.
Add me to the list of fall/winter fashion lovers! I have a few jackets, but regarding a coat: I have a more casual, warm, hooded one in a length we used to call “car coats” ( I’m dating myself here), a long, 100% Italian wool double breasted one, and a mid-length wool blend single breasted one. BUT: they are in lighter colours (grey, red, and blush pink respectively). On dark rainy mornings and evenings, they are much more visible than the darker neutrals. Safety first!

I love your green coat with that blue/green plaid scarf. I have the same scarf I will now be on the lookout for a nice green coat to go with it.

Love that red coat! I really dread winter every year. But I do enjoy wearing my blazers, sweaters, coats and boots. Another great video Beth ❤
Me too!! It's important to look on the bright side. Right?!

I’m in Ga too! I thought 💭 I detected an accent. We’re up here in the North West. (Cherokee county). Nice to know you’re a southerner.
Actually, I've only lived in Georgia seven years. I grew up in the Midwest then lived around the world for many years.
Layers!!!
Thank you
My pleasure!
Have you heard of CASHMINK? It’s a sweater material made in Germany 🇩🇪 by Fraas. I understand that it’s vegan and softer than cashmere.
I haven't heard of this. I"ll check it out. Thanks!
I hope that I can find a hat that suits me, I get itchy, I mostly go for berets so it doesn't squeeze my head, but not as warm. 🙄
Hey Beth, When I click on Shop my Outfits it gives a 404 error.
Thanks for letting us know. It has been fixed.
Who is the younger GSD with Oscar? When I go to Shop my looks it gives me the 404 error page.
Thanks for letting us know. The Shop link has been updated. The younger dog is Pax, Oscar's best friend!
$168 turtleneck? Cashmere scarf, too rich for my blood.
