Ling did a great job on Mitchell this game, but he ignores Bateman at 0:35 and Hodge strolls past him at 8:20. He was far too blinkered with tagging Mitchell.
I dont think anyone truly appreciates this. People need to know how remarkable this truly was. A side coming off a Premiership win. They were unbeatable. Geelong lost won game all season LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN, ONE LOSS ALL SEASON.They won the premiership the year before. This is the biggest underdog win in AFL history.
