1. I bet recruits will remember at MAX their top 10 schools 2. I believe a Kennesaw st, Sam Houston st, Troy will be locked out pretty early from 4 ⭐️ & 5 ⭐️ hence not putting them on a transfer portal guy’s radar of schools to go to since I don’t think they’ll make a top 10 15 or 20 based off those schools current pedigree
I think its very hard to anticipate your needs for your future school. And if you get a better job, you will most likely have better players and needs will change. Id rather lose out on a player organically, and would appreciate a nice surprise in the transfer portal.

Those kind of recruits that might just end up being "depth" or not starting until they're seniors lol with a redshirt. If so then those are the guys. And what about training camp ?
sounds like a whole lot of micro management, I rather go after no stars up to 3 stars rather than babying 4 to 5 stars (unless I have a good chance of landing them with a home state discount).
The change in logic I would say needed here is to change "when" to "if". It's not "when the player enters the transfer portal" it's "if the player enters the transfer portal". You are bound to waste time on players that end up staying at their school of choice.
My plans early is to take over UCF recruit needs on a 3⭐⭐⭐ to 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ players. Once I lock up those and on the back end offer 2 to 3 five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐on the back end of my recruiting and build from there ! Love your content bro keep putting in dat work 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💯
That’s a lot of what ifs that are out of your hands to be an exploit. Even if the guys remember you, there’s no guarantee they’ll come later IF they even get into the portal. I rather just get a lower star guy and build him up.

I agree this is click bait. First, it was already said that players have deal breakers and it's more likely than not those deal breakers will exist when transferring. There is no reason to think otherwise. Second, even if the player doesn't have a deal breaker, it's not an exploit for someone that's unhappy to go to a smaller, less prestigious school. It happens all the time and it's not an exploit.
If you are locked out from a dealbreaker you can't recruit the player. I do think it will make sense to throw some points in big time hometown players that don't have a dealbreaker but you know you can't get. Also the recruiting system is not going to be as easy as 14. I would hope you that you don't have a lot of points/time to waste on people you cant get.

I'm just taking it slow and realistic in my Dynasty. I Dnt know yet who I'ma Start as a OC for but I'ma keep the schedule as is for my time til I get my players right and in a position to fight in games to stay in them. I'ma then schedule a few games in the Top 25 nothing crazy just maybe ranked 25 or 20 nothing lower and build
That would mean the entire way recruiting points are allocated would change with at least 3 different coaches doing the recruiting per school. Head coaches would have to allocate time to the coordinator’s. For them to remember coordinators would mean they incorporated an insane amount of depth for it to even make sense based on how recruiting is in 14

Do they get shuffled off to the side onto the random fcs direction schools and enter the transfer portal pool each window or do they replace the random juco players we used to see or do they just get sent to the trash bin see ya later
Let me take this down another road. On the one hand, I like Realism. On the other hand, this is a game. I'm looking at Dynasty Development when I speak on this. I love the idea of taking a Small School and literally building that program. And in the Game some Schools will be hiring some one to do this, to be the visionary that pushes them forward. And other Schools may require you to hit certain markers before you can even approach them to better things. I get it. Most Schools aren't out there just building a new Stadium and expanding weight rooms and going for better Dorms and stuff. I get that. But that's where the 'It is a Game' part comes in and defeats Realism. I don't care about 'Most Schools', although seeing the AI do this would also be cool. I care about MY SCHOOL that I'm LEADING in the Game, and how I can Long-Term Impact it by Building the Dynasty, working with the AD, expanding the Project. Give me access to stuff like that, let me try to take this Low Level to the point that a BIG or SEC wants me to join.
And they will have other schools who also recruited them who they will remember 🤷🏿♂️ and now u wasted ur time I doubt that's an exploit to be use cause he also said they not making it easy for u to rebuild a program in 4yrs.... he said u might have to make 3 bowls b4 the to recruits start looking more to that school

You can recruit any player. Just that player WONT sign with you based on his desires.

thats a lot of "if"s in your theory but yea it could help to recruit them early but still a lot of other things have to fall in place
You should set up a online dynasty for the people to join
The first thing I'm doing in cfb25 is a super sim 10 year dynasty to master the recruitment algorithm

I doubt the game is coded for them to remember the individual coaches especially coordinators. Most likely just remember the school
