Hi Ash, I love listening to you don't mind the people. I am thankful for you it's been over 3 years since you talked about cerave cleanser and the moisturizer and I follow up with a spf 35 or 45 . And now you're telling me about the always feminine wash. I hope that I see at my stores because I live in Jamaica 🇯🇲. I usually just use pear soap or just water. My scent of the day is ammens baby power, Rose &Rose and Victoria secrets bombshell body mist 🥰

I actually use the liquid lime juice in the bottle ( it’s easier than buying limes for every day). I pour some in the small travel spray bottle with a little water to kill the sting a little. It works wonders under the pits. You will still sweat, but it won’t smell!

I love this video! It really is the simple stuff that get results. Cerave does me no wrong! I love the body wash and the lotion is just MAGIC! I used to put fenugreek on my scalp for hair health. I loved the smell then. Let me find out about it making me smell good too! I'll toss some in a smoothie real quick. Thank you for the tips and tricks. I am getting into perfume oils and I must say I like them better than the sprays. They just stay on the skin longer! Thank you for the suggestion! I'm drinking my water as we speak!😁😁SOTD-bbw lakeside citrus body wash, vaseline unscented lotion with the vaseline droplets infused, the lakeside body spray-topped with TF Mandarino Di Almafi body spray, TF Costa Azurra Acqua/Versace Versense perfumes on my clothes, lol i know its alot but it smells so fresh and clean.
Had to come back cause that Dial Spring Water body wash is the bombbbbbbbb. I use the VS Marine Splash body spray and Marc Jacobs Rain perfume and get tons of compliments on how fresh and good i smell!!!

Cerave didn’t work for me. I use a moisturizing lotion from adivanaturals (black owned). You know I have to support my ppl of color.
I'm a double cleanser too! I use Burt's Bees cleansing oil and follow it with Cera Ve (thanks for the recommend!). SOTD: VS Aqua Kiss

My fall fav right now is Cashmere mist I take a roller ball dupe from the hair store (it smells the same) rub it in my hands until the palm of my hand is oily, and add a few pumps of unscented lotion(either Aveeno or Keri). Then I put on the cashmere mist deodorant. This combo lasts for hours.

I've been using The Ordinary Glycolic Acid. I might switch it up and try paulas choice or something else once this bottle is empty. I just ordered Paulas Choice Resist Super-Light Wrinkle Defense SPF 30. I've tried other less expensive moisturizers with sunscreen, but I always end up going back to PC.
Body combo for today.... TPH body scrub. Josie Moran apricot body butter and Prada candy 🥰
Delina la Rosee and Vanilla 28 with a spritz of the BR 540 body oil is my combo today. I know, doing the most 😆 lol but I love it
I love body oils too. Just a tip that my derm gave me cause I used to do it like you too. Use the body butter 1st while your skin is damp right out the shower and then use the body oil on top omg life changing. I didn’t know it actually makes a difference how you layer products.
I finally found the body wash that’s good for me thanks to you♥️🕊but I’m gonna try Cetaphil because I found out some things causevUTI’s I would have to check with Dr because of the kidney transplant . Love the sweat block
I used the EOS Jasmine Peach lotion with Amber Woods by Bath and Body works and then Reb'l Fleur as my perfume
Love your videos Ash, my sent of the day is Egyptian Musk and I also take fenugreek but in the powder form because I add it in my smoothies that I make every morning I also take liquid chlorophyll but now in the pill form I get mine from Amazon I also try my best to take all my vitamins including women's health vitamins. Ohh and I love me some water some people look at me crazy when I carry a big bottle at work lol but idc I tell them water is very important especially for women's health. Anywho I'm 29 and I believe I'm older than you but age doesn't matter you can learn anything from all ages doesn't matter what age you are. 🥰 Yes lime and lemon can be a replacement for deodorant but must add a lotion or a oil first so you won't burn your armpits.

I double cleanse with Fenty total cleanser and CeraVe renewing SA cleanser. I then use Fenty fat water, CeraVe vitamin C serum and then CerVe AM face moisturizer.At night same routine except I use CeraVe retinol serum and PM facial moisturizing lotion.
I am like double ur age but I so much get good advice here on feminine hygiene I learned something great from one of ur videos and may the God Lord reward you for ur kindness.
