I have the smaller dab unit
I’ve never had an issue with these before until today. These pumps are fantastic.
I do reverse osmosis, and I use this pump to resupply the pressure back into the home
A 500 gallon holding tank, which is completely full, which of course it’s on the floor and the very bottom is where I would connect my line to run into the dab pump
Now I have the dab pump sitting on a little bit of a stool about a foot a foot and a half higher than the bottom of the tank
Coming out back into a series of filtration before it goes back into the house is about 10 foot of line that goes vertically up the wall
And then filter and UV light and then another calcium calcium filter, then back into the home
I can hear it come on. It gives me a red light and the white light is on the red light not supposed to be on, but I can’t figure out what I’m doing. Wrong is just too much air in the line for it to get in pump to be able to push that water , any suggestions? I would appreciate it.

@culver123456 I would suggest, that its air build up on your suction line. Every time the pump tries to pull water, it is sucking air. Do you have any bends or 90s on your suction line? If so, the more you have, the greater the chances of you sucking air in the pump. Also would install a check valve coming out of the tank leading to the pump, to keep the line primed. We're using ESYBOX Mini 3, easy to install and very quite pump, I love it... However, we have a problem, after 6 hours on stand-by, without run, the pump empties the primed water back into the rainwater tank, we checked, there's no water leak at the priming side. Any idea? A "Retain/Hold water" configuration somewhere!? Thx

@Kelvinucetam.6767 If you are pulling water from your rainwater tank, do you have a check valve installed coming from the tank? A check valve installed there would help the line remain prime and not allow water to flow back into the tank. If you have anymore questions, please feel free to reach out to our service department.
