Yes Michelle Yeoh is highly underrated. In fact she´s a very intelligent woman who always behaves with great dignity, elegance and class, and actually has a lot of personality and charisma. I don´t think we find many actors who has her qualities. She´s so natural, easygoing and yet very accomplished. She´s a mystery allthough she´s just being herself. But unfortunately we don´t see that too much here in the Western World and probably mostly remember her for the tempo-filled Hong Kong-actionmovies, which don´t show her personal qualities to the fullest except maybe from Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon or My Life as a Geisha and of course her role as Aung San Suu Kyi. Wish we could get to know her better... :)

Hong Kong accent and Malaysian accent isn't that much different. Chinese people from both places predominantly speak Cantonese rather than Mandarin, thus the accent is very much the same. Malaysian accent just has a little Bahasa Melayu in it.

Achieving political power without being killing while stepping over the bodies of said Muslims and anybody else who gets is her way? I think we can all agree that such people should be deprived of armed protection and any other kind of protection that might involve violence or the threat of violence.
