Wow Chetna ! What a wonderful recipe ! Thank you so much for sharing. I will try it tomorrow. I have a "beginners' question": Unfortunately I could only find the Rose Harissa as a dry mixture. What is the best way to transform it into a paste ? By just re-hydrating it with water (or even some rosewater) and adding some tomatopaste or pureed roasted red peppers to give it more volume ? Thank you for your suggestions. Cant wait to try it !

Chetna, made this for Christmas dinner. Loved the masala bake but those are familiar flavours, so chose this. Made rose harissa, so that became the main project for the evening, about 80% of my work. The actual chicken recipe is unbelievably simple for how flavourful and satisfying the dish is. Thanks for sharing!

  • @awsomeakwardness

i´ve just made it. With some potatoes more and cucumber yoghurt. Delicious. The heat level is just right and the onions at the edge of the pan are caramelizing. Yummy. The skinning of the thighs and deviding into two parts took a while though.

I see yours has the additional spices, looks very mouthwatering watching your video. Funny all these recipes of yours we want to try, and last night we had chicken fried rice again. Is this video a test, to see who notices your hair has grown back very quickly, 😁 Thankyou Chetna.
