Lisa this is an absolute beauty❤️ Love the black and red combined with the lighter paper/sticker elements and the basque inspired spine, love all the black lace and gothic themed plate and charms, I'll bet your sons girlfriend will be delighted! It's funny Lisa, every book I've ever made for someone, I make it to be written in, but every book I've bought is proudly out on display and I can't ever imagine writing in them, they're just too beautiful to have my scrawling nonsense in them😆 xxx
Caroline Mckeeman thanks for the lovely comment. It’s smaller scale than my original one but I think I prefer this one as it’s less chunky. I know it’s hard to use something pretty but I would just love for people to use the journals I give them. 💕💕 I scrawl in my own personal ones but they are not as fancy as the ones I make for others. I like using cinch binding on mine and keep them plain and simple

Cheryl turtlemoon thank you that’s so kind of you to say that! A page a day sounds like a plan. Currently making up Christmas card kits for a work team meeting in December. We are going to make cards for dementia sufferers at a local nursing home. Never done a card class before - lol 😂

Oh it's smashing! But thone creepy coupon at the windae ferr freaks me oot! 😂 And I watched in bed!!!!! Lovely book and very "smexy" (don't want to say the real word in a comment incase the bots pick it up and you're inundated!) Thanks for the mensh and I love that vintage baling. I was awake at 4.50 when Daisy heard someone walking by so that set her off. Then my neighbour got a Sunday shift@ 5.15 (motorbike revving up!) so she started again! I lasted till 6 then got up. No rest in this house. I'll have a lie down in the afternoon. Hope I can last, lol xxx
Oh I love it especially the black chains hanging from the lace. I bet she loves it.
