This is Indo Chinese food not proper Chinese food there are lots of method to make Hakka noodles.. this is also good method...

Dear don't shere wrong recipes with students ( use dice Chinese cabbage/ slice Carrots / slice Green beans / Fresh slice mushroom / Fresh slice white Green onion root / salt to test / Aromatic powder / White vinegar/ wine vinegar/ White pepper & black pepper
