When I feel a cold coming on I take Vitamin D3, for a day or two, 50,000 - 100,000 iu,, different measure in the Uk, and it usually handles it. I know it sounds like a lot but it’s been fine for me. Also pineapple juice and garlic, both are antivirals. Enjoy Carol and Linda’s travels.

I'm just watching Carrie attempting to remove your boots for you 😅 ( in fits of giggles!😂), and I had to stop and comment right away and say that I absolutely love your friendship! 🥰 It's just how I am with my best friend, and have been since we were both 6 - we are in our 50's now! 😁🥰 I just wish my friend and I were still living around the corner from each and we could see each other daily. However, the universe has guided me to South Wales, and my friend still lives in Sussex, where we grew up! We do try to alternate visits as often as we can, but sometimes life just gets in the way! 😢

This collection is my absolute favourite! 😍The dresses are so exquisite and definitely have that Parisian look! This is the style of dress my mum used to wear in the 50's & 60's - she had been blessed with a 19inch waist before she had my brothers and I! 😍

23:04 absolutely love the green satin dress ❤ 27:08 the strapless patterned dress is lovely for summer, not quite sure I would wear it for winter, but it’s gorgeous and I love that the dark parts are actually see-through and 27:18 absolutely stunning when Lydia is walking. I definitely love the innocently sexy aesthetic 😊

Arrrr don't with this whole bedbug thing, it's stressing me out looool We were planning to drive up to our friends house but they went Paris this week so now we're like 🥴 dunno if we wanna go now.... but literally the best way to check and be sure, is just check around the seams of the headboard, strip the bed and just check along the edges of the mattress where the seams are and you'll see them if they have them, as "Carol" lol said, when lifting the sheet, you'll also see black dots "bedbug poop" on the mattress.
What a great vlog!! Getting you model your new collection in Paris with your team was so amazing! I hope your feeling better & no else caught your cold. You are a true professional to handle yourself in such a way for a 12 hour shoot while feeling sick. I’m sure it was very exhausting. I love the joking you have between Carrie back & forth on the train. You are truly hilarious together. And when she couldn’t take off your boots so funny. I know this is so late it probably won’t be read, but next time you’re in Italy, go to the Farmacia and get some Rinazina Doppio Azione. It is a MIRACLE worker on runny nose, watery eyes and congestion. When my family come to visit me here their always stock up.

Congratulations on yet another gorgeous collection! I’m just so sorry you weren’t feeling your best! It’s doubly hard to be upbeat and “on” when all you want to do is crawl in bed and moisturize a raw, drippy nose! You were such a pro and plowed through it! So glad you had a comedian on the crew to help keep everyone laughing and energy levels up! You and Carrie usually keep everyone in stitches, so bringing in the support team member when the sniffles attacked was very fortunate! I LOVE it when the production teams can do their jobs brilliantly and also have a great time too! Fun vlog despite the illness! Feel better soon! 💗💗💗
