It is a spiritual Battle, which cannot be overcome by our own strength but with the help of the holy spirit. I used to be an addict of Porn but at one point I realized that my relationship with God was not strong, I started feeling like a failure and always wanting to stay away from people. I prayed to God about it and asked for repentance, I'm glad that today I'm set free despite the devil always trying to come again, I do get tempted to watch porn, but it just waste my time nothing else which is the plan of the devil. But I know God is in control and I'll overcome all the temptations through our Lord Jesus Christ.

We are humans and as long as you drink water you must have the urge to urinate so if pastor tells you to stop urination as it won't be easy, the same goes to releasing sperms because if you don't do it with man, you do with woman or you masturbate or you have wet dream so it is best to do it with just one person which is not bad but don't do it often so you won't get addicted.
