height adjustment was kind of crude haha. Good animation tho! best would be reducing the diam. of the inner race or outer diam of the bearing to preserve a continuous motion. overly complex tho. why not drive a rod connected to an integral eccentric on the flywheel? a lot less parts and load on the contact surface is spread across the whole diam of the connecting rod/strap. that's why industrial machines came to use eccentric driven pumps to this day since their development owed to steam engine design
Yes, but we have to add one more support in bottom... I will making another animation with adjustable output shaft.. Then u can adjust output shaft in any direction.

For using as wood cutter we have to turn it as above bar is long.
No, with one wheel saw will be stack in wood, for wood cutter need to add blue colour bearing wheels both side of the disk...
