Hey chef Eric. going on an Italian tour with a bit of USA steak👍Nice recipe 😋 👌 👍 😉
Seems like a good fall meal!
Another excellent one chef.
Looks OUTSTANDING, Chef! Thanks for sharing!

Looks great! Gotta try it this weekend!
Perfect Chef!
Damn that looks good, simple.
Love it will be giving this a try very soon !
So delicious!
Lucky me, have some tenderloin and egg noodles sitting handy!
Wow! New sub here! I recently made Steak Kabobs on my page too and *your dish looks amazing!* Hope to stay connected! 😀
Love the content Chef Eric! One question, other channels I watch like to put the wood under the the lump before lighting instead of just on top of the fire.... Thoughts??
I’m of the school of thought that heat rises and you will get clean smoke faster by giving the wood chunks the most updraft heat and flame
Chef Eric I love your videos. True master. Since this is Kamado Joe you may want to hit that hinge with some WD. The squeak should go away!
More butter! 🤣🤣
