Nothing fills me with as much confidence as an American citizen than seeing a ship of our venerable and hallowed United States Navy crewed by sailors who must wear brassieres.
Honestly, can you please politely shut up. This is training, not combat. That means all of the people here are either incompetent, or simply need to hone their skill. You are litteraly doing the same thing as saying all drivers are bad at what they are doing, because you've only seen a video of a person learning to drive.
Also shootin fom a ship is extremely hard. Not just hard but extremely hard. Primary factors: 1. Bullet travel time 2. Ship wobble 3. Recoil 4. Weight of the gun.
that sailor shooting the bushmaster at the beginning is a heck of a lot more disciplined than myself. if i got hold of that weapon doing target practice i'd get kicked out of the navy on the spot. make me swim to shore. i would go full on nuts with that thing. oh. sorry mr. marshall, my trigger finger just locked up. didn't mean to melt the barrel. i'm sorry. hey wait. and then they would throw me overboard. or in the brig.

(Not to be Lieutenant Obvious), but I think the Navy (excluding seals) might need to stick to FCS for aiming. Just sayin.
To be fair things would have to go very badly wrong for any threats to make it close enough to the carrier that these guys have to use the guns, and they know it.
Here's some facts that most people dont know. 1. The ship the gunner is on is moving in multiple directions all at the same time. Remember there on water. 2 the target is also moving in multiple directions all at the same time. 3 by the time the round leaves the barrel on its trajectory course to the target everything is already moved in unpredictable ways. Thats why the nave has always had to law down an extraordinary amount of fire power in close in battles. 4 in a battle drill simulation you must keep the deck free and clear of all debris. This is so all the support personnel can do there jobs to keep you supplied and or alive. This isnt a game. We aint green peace. We fight to win.

Wait for Aquaman to punish you 😡😡😡
Right.
Primary factors:
1. Bullet travel time
2. Ship wobble
3. Recoil
4. Weight of the gun.
Yes, devastating.......if they get to hit the target.
Хорошая игрушка!👍
Guy at the end made me nervous getting that close to the ship.

When the Marines decides to try the friendly fire on their aircraft carrier.
Sara Miao サラ・ミャオ they can fix it
lol typical marine
Gente muito ruim de tiro, coisa de louco! Que adianta tanta twcnologia??
that sailor shooting the bushmaster at the beginning is a heck of a lot more disciplined than myself.
if i got hold of that weapon doing target practice i'd get kicked out of the navy on the spot. make me swim to shore. i would go full on nuts with that thing.
oh. sorry mr. marshall, my trigger finger just locked up. didn't mean to melt the barrel. i'm sorry. hey wait. and then they would throw me overboard. or in the brig.
That's how the US Navy does it, littering the spent shells into the ocean so that the mermaids can recycle.
Being a gunner is the coolest thing u will ever do. At the same time u're in a high risk in danger 😂🤣
*Command:* _At __14:30__ hours (in 1 hour) live-fire training will commence_ (of a single, slow-moving, fixed-speed+range, ORANGE plastic DINGY from our Billion $ warship) _to ensure "fleet readiness."_
*ME:* Waiting for 25mm to hit dinghy once while surprised SAW gunner -didn't- shoots the railing of their own boat; while none of them (thought I heard an M2) hit the orange plastic thing!? (Not to be Lieutenant Obvious), but I think the Navy (excluding seals) might need to stick to FCS for aiming. Just sayin.
@@trumanhw ok.
And China dumps spent nuclear fuel in the ocean
buiding an artifical reef with spent shells and link
those ppl are supposed to protect civilians ???
ice man everything gonna be just fine don t worry. Just focus on buying things.

Protect civilians from aliens
To be fair things would have to go very badly wrong for any threats to make it close enough to the carrier that these guys have to use the guns, and they know it.
Title should say... Home defense weapons for the average american
The gun is ready for Apocalypse day😊😊
Deepak Kumar can you imagine holding the trigger straight down? Omg that recoil

Jerry miculek would of shot it down in 2 seconds with a 22

i love that sound
the fifty im hearing is nice also i think it was a fifty
Is there someone who knows what USS it is? We can hear another powerful gun in the background and I try to find which one it is. Great and powerful video btw!
@ 3:00 I wouldn’t ever want that guy on my ship. If he’s scared to shoot a gun during training he’s definitely going to be too scared to shoot under live fire.
я могу свободно плавать в море и эти "военные" никогда не попадут =)
I want to install this on the rooftop of my home
Jehovahs, witnesses?
When will they release the civilian carbine version?
Self-proclaimed genius here. I could take out that entire ship with bubbles.😁
