I don’t understand why you don’t have higher numbers of viewers and subscribers. I absolutely love your vlogs, and find your content enjoyable and informative, at times. Nick can be rude and crude at times but I find it and him charming and funny. Luv The Lodge Guys.
I've been feeling down these last few days, but Egyptian Leigh cracked me up...You two always have a way of making me laugh & smile...💞
Me too, I was feeling depressed, was so close to kicking my cat up the arse just to make me feel slightly better...then I found this video and it really cheered me up!.
Needless to say, the cats happy too.
we stayed there in 2019, we had 2 connecting rooms because our 2 daughters and our son-in-law and grandson were with us. we were in building1 castaway. My daughter was fighting cancer at the time so we had to push her in a wheelchair for most of our time there. She wanted so bad to go back but she never got the chance, she passed away in January 2021.Watching this vlog brings back bittersweet memories.
Favorite moment is during the tour of the hotel, nick talking to the camera while Leigh dances through in the background. 🤣

Loved this, you stayed in the same block we did when we were there for Xmas! We love the vibe at Cabana Bay & love popping into Volcano Bay to break up the day which was definitely needed with the crowds at Xmas! We used to walk across & get the water taxi sometimes but the buses were so regular it was so easy to get in & out of the parks & city walk!
Loved this. I thought Cabana Bay was just the tower bit too. Didn't realise it was so huge. Do love the Universal hotels xx
Cabana Bay is great; we had a friend who used to work there, so we were very familiar with the bar !
The Universal parks have been so much quieter than Disney this year have been able to get on all the rides I wanted whereas haven’t at Disney. Love the look of doughnut at Universal will have to try one and view great. Lovely to see our cruise mates in the vlog
We stayed in the universal holiday inn suites down the road from volcano Bay, just off that motorway you see out the window on kirkman Road, 20 mins walk to Universal Studios has a great TGI Fridays on the hotel,
So nice to see that hotel - my wife and I stayed for 5 dags in 2016... And 11 days in 2018..
Love combination Bay we where there when they where building volcano bay. Can't wait to go back! So so jelouse of you guys
I wish i couldve seen Nick doing his Abba karaoke 🎤. We are doing 1 night at Hard Rock Hotel on our next trip. Taking advantage of being so close to Universal and having Express passes!!! Cant wait 170 days to go!!!

Just to add you don't need to walk all the way around the outside of the hotel to get to the walkway that leads over to the parks. You can walk straight through the main lobby of the hotel where you check in then go outside where the pool is, the pool that has the water slide, then keep to the right and walk all the way to the far right corner and you will see the gate that leads out to the walk to the parks
Just watched this love it. We staying for a fortnight at cabana bay in bay tower overlooking volcano bay. We go in October finding this vlog very informative. Can’t wait x

I'm so glad to see this video! We tried Cabana Bay for the first time in December 2021 and we were sold! Your video came at just the right time when I had the post vacation blues.
So glad to see your at Universal. Such a pity that you didn’t get to see the Porta Fino Bay Hotel. That is our favorite hotel at Universal. It is nicer than Disneys deluxe hotels and more reasonably priced with our favorite gelato store on site. Perhaps you can check it out for your next stay. Universal hotels always give really good room discounts the more nights you stay. So glad your back in the US!!

We stayed at cabana bay there is a very good shuttle service from the hotel to universal. We enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to seeing your day at volcano Bay.
Loved this vlog! We stayed at cabana bay for 5 nights a few years back and equally loved it and didn’t realise how huge it is! We also stayed at sapphire falls for 2 weeks in 2019 and it was beautiful, we are big universal fans, such an amazing place x
Stayed at Cabana Bay a few years ago,The Americana block had opened on check in day.It was great staying in a brand new never used room.The tower wasn’t even under construction I don’t think.It’s a great hotel,glad you enjoyed your short stay..
Good choice guys Maple cream, the Canadian maple doughnut at Tim hortons is amazing, if you have a Tim horton coffee shop here you in UK, try the doughnuts there 👌👌👌

We usually stay at various Disney deluxes, but Cabana Bay is the one hotel we always stay at for a few nights every trip. We just love the vibe there and such as good price and amenities compared to Disney
Oh French vanilla latte in Tim horton in Canada ( coffee shops now in UK) is the business 👌👌 Love love love
My fave is Aventura, 2nd Saphire Falls. Never been to Cabana Bay though. I like Aventura since it's so modern and clean and love the rooftop bar. @lodgeguys maybe next try for a one night stay, Aventura really beats Disney rooms pricewise and looks.
It does look like a nice place, and I would think it being a bit quieter would be a definite plus. I do think I probably would’ve gone for the apple fritter, which looked delicious. The nachos looked pretty tasty, too!
That tower looks like a gasometer. We don’t have them anymore in England since we changed to North Sea gas. X
If you're still there try Toothsome's Cocoa Mocha Twist coffee. I'm so sad that I only bought 1 bag of beans back with me in January. Tastes like hot chocolate and coffee. So satisfying. 🤤

Cabana Bay is my favorite local resort! I love the Mid Century Modern vibe and bowling ally, it is a great place to stay in Orlando.

Love Cabana Bay - we stayed in that block in 2017 when it’d just been open a few weeks (that block not the hotel) . We’re trying Sapphire falls this year - can’t wait!

Love Cabana Bay ❤️ we had a family suite in 2019 round by the “slide pool” starlight I think right on the ground floor so we could park our car right outside the door, it was fab, bit of a walk to volcano bay though so would maybe choose a VB room next time.
Love cabana bay stayed on our last trip in 2018 going again in November 22 can’t wait. I think you get more for your money than Disney bigger rooms for less money universal hotel for us every time love it Hope you both enjoyed it ❤️

I have been to Cabana Bay gorgeous smell …. Vosene shampoo mmmm. Must admit the last two times we stayed at THe Hard rock so convenient for the parks and express passes always a bonus …xx

Magic Candle Company started out making Disney- themed candles. They name them blandly to avoid copyright/trademark infringement, but they make wonderful candles I promise! It's funny that Universal clearly struck a deal with them to buy a bunch (and put Disney-centric ones in their own store haha). We love a lot of them! Highly recommend some :)

We stayed at Endless Summer & the hotels are very similar, very modern and great value! Love the fact they always have a Starbucks too 😋…. Really enjoying the great vlogs guys 👍🏻 xx

Never stayed at Universal but it’s a lovely walk from theme park to HRH. Ah Lewis really likes Nick, he always rushed to him.

You should check out the three upmarket hotels The Royal Pacific, and the Portafino Bay which are run by Loews and the Hard Rock Hotel are on a par with the best of the Disney hotels .
Love Universal & the hotels - we have stayed at Hard Rock twice and the Portofiino - but preferred Hard Rock out of the two. We like the premier resorts because they include the unlimited fast pass for universal, which is amazing. We also love getting the boat in the morning over and it's a short walk otherwise too.
I have stayed in Sapphire Falls twice, it's an amazing hotel

those candles you smelled are from a very popular brand -- they have soo many smells, candles, wax melts and essential oils. Some of their smells are spot on, some not so much. Surprised you can buy them in Universal - ive always had to purchase them online.

We love Cabana Bay, we always stay in the towers over looking Volcano Bay, Disney has got so expensive to stay, we travel from the UK three times a year and it’s better value for money. You walking the long way round though, there’s a gate through to the Garden walk just at the side of the other tower 😊

We stayed in Aventura in 2019 it’s more corporate not themed at all but really liked it 👍🏻 a bit controversial but I like universal more than Disney 🥰 loving your vlogs

As far as value resorts are concerned it seems to me as if Universal gives you more bang for your buck, especially as Disney seem to be raising prices everywhere. (Just my opinion from watching a few vloggers.)
