I’ve just made this for dinner last night and it was really good. I’ve roasted my own whole spices in double quantities and ground them and measured it totaling powder measurement. The spice mix was such a bomb it was so fragrant! It tasted fresh, slightly sour from yogurt and lemon juice, and chopped ginger had a bite to it in a good way! Last time I made authentic Indian food was a while ago and it was butter chicken lol. This sure was spicy even though I used half chili powder and used half sweet paprika powder to make it mild. Good thing I only used half red spicy chili powder, I would have died from it. 😆 Thank you for sharing this recipe! I’ve just subscribed!
You are very informative and presentative, no doubt about your skills, please try to explain why n what are the reasons of adding kahada masalas and the flavour/aroma it adds. Need to understand how to trap the juices in all types of meats.
I’m from the Middle East, love Indian food , and I’ve learned how to prepare many of the dishes , and still learning of course, but I couldn’t help noticing how very similar most of the curry recipes are , more or less same ingredients, same cooking methods, eventually similar taste, even when eating it in restaurants . Love it just the same , and I’m learning a lot from you, so big thanks 😊

Mam UR recipe seems to be best of all..because you cooked both legs and chest together, as the chest becomes fibre like all times, but using salt, lemon, and vinegor and freezing all at same time will make difference, will try and let you know.

Saw name on lid says bergner is the kadai ,cast iron of same brand / anodised
@@sirajmubeena No, She just used a Bergner lid which generally comes with their steel pans for covering it. Cast iron kadai is not Bergner.
