Chicken Lapeta is a main course chicken recipe which includes egg omelette. This chicken recipe is different from other chicken main course recipes. It can be served for lunch as well as dinner.
(Serves - 4 People )
Ingredients -
To marinate Chicken
1 Kg Chicken
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander seeds Powder
3/4 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1/2 tsp Fenugreek powder
1/2 cup Curd
Salt
To Make Cashew Coconut Paste
3 Green Chillies (chooped)
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
15 Cashew Nuts
1/2 cup Dry coconut (roasted )
To fry a chicken piece
2 Tbsp Oil
Marinated chicken
Chat Masala
To Make Gravy
- 2-3 Tbsp Oil
- 4 Green Cardamon
- 1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
- 3 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 3 Tomato (puréed)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds powder
- Cashew Coconut Paste
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup Cream
- Coriander Leaves
- Fried Chicken
- Fenugreek Leaves
To Make lapeta
- Oil
- 1 egg
- Salt
For Garnish -
- Cream
- Coriander Leaves
