Probably on short noticed, as it appeared on Spotify only a day after it was released on other streaming services and music stores. The comments are not available, as this is not a genuine TH-cam video, but an audio only release via TH-cam Music. Those never have comments turned on. There were also no notifications to subscribers of Angelina's channel for the same reason.
The lack of advance notice probably explains the very low number of views for a new Angelina release. No anticipation or buildup like with most of her other releases.
Maybe it's just me but I'm getting Ray Charles, Hit the Road Jack vibes from the beat. The lyrics are a lot more happy though. A great reaction again, as always.
There is a feeling that this is the EP's missing track that completes the story arc. And yes - a big surprise to everyone and so much mystery - why are the comments disabled, why is it buried so deep on her channel that it only has 56k views - even though it should be on the radio everywhere.

It's a Ridley Scott epic so needs to be seen on the big screen - lavish societal scenes and expansive, sometimes gory, battle scenes all expertly shot and directed. However, and I hope I don't burst your bubble 😬, the main focus is a character portrayal of Napoleon (and to a large extent Josephine) expertly done by Joachin Phoenix, who, in my humble opinion, only gave half a character study. What is missing are those elements of his character that made him one of the greatest figures of European history - both an inspirational civil and military leader with countless great achievements in both spheres. I have to be honest and say I think the better character portrayal was that of Josephine - an aristocrat in a very perilous situation following the Revolution who has to use her intelligence, charm and feminine wiles to survive, thrive and protect her family. If you are planning on seeing it yourself, I hope you forget everything I've written and just go and enjoy it 🙂

With the richness in her voice in both the low and high ends, I find that remarkable. Did I get the pitches right and is it unusual for someone to sing 4 octaves? Thank you.

When it fits my schedule, I do premiers when I am a big fan of the artist and also a fan of the artist's fans - it's a fun opportunity to hang out and discuss the song and my reaction to it with fellow fans in real time. I usually try to give several days advance notice of the premiers because not everyone gets on youtube every day, and I would like to make sure that if they would like to join the conversation, they know when it's happening. 🤷♀️

I usually try to give several days advance notice of the premiers because not everyone gets on youtube every day, and I would like to make sure that if they would like to join the conversation, they know when it's happening. 🤷♀️

@@YourOnlineSingingCoach Thanks, Juliet. I guess the downside of me being retired is that I have plenty of time to twiddle my thumbs. And waiting for an event with joyous anticipation makes me feel as anxious as a young boy waiting for Christmas morning! I want to open the presents RIGHT NOW!!
I'm a longtime big fan of Angelina and I love your appreciative reactions to her .. but in the moment, online social events are mostly lost on me. I prefer nicely written comments that will last more than a day. That said, there are few other vocal coach/reactors for who I will, generally silently, participate in their premieres. 💕
