Hello Andrew, If your SAPI plates are 9.5 X 12.5, then it will fit in most of our plate carriers. To ensure that it will fit, on our website, select the plate carrier you are considereding and scroll down to the description. There it will state what plate are meant to be in that plate carrier.

For sure, we have plate carriers that are adjustable up to 4XL such as our Legion XL plate carrier.
I have medium size SAPI plates can they fit in a size small plate carrier?
