I think the manufacturer missed a trick, they should have supplied a copy of Continental Coin given out to the hit men in the John Wick film's with the gun to tighten the screw of the Co2 bulb, and would have looked great with the full kit in the case.
. In the inaugural John Wick film, we see our titular character dig up his old gear and guns. From an OTF knife to the various handguns for his return to work. His main handgun being the Heckler and Koch P30L
It always triggers me that they've got the "Baba Yaga" thing wrong! "Baba Yaga" is an old woman, like a witch in Russian folklore. She lives in a house with chicken's feet (no, really!) and does evil things to children. The "Boogie Man", and that's what they really mean in those movies, would be "Babay" or "Babayka". Anyway, nice gun and review. Thanks for the upload.
I was thinking the same ... "Kuga" (pest) would have been a much better reference ... she comes to town and brings death to all, except if you show love for her child (by leaving milk outside the door), then she shows mercy and leaves
@@kingpinda2 i remember ELP recording "the Hut of Baba Yaga" on "Pictures at an Exhibition". Any connection there? I have the LP, I've bought the pistol too :)
If you want the closest you can get it has to be the EMG Combat Master 2011, licensed by STI and TTI. The gun here appears to be a standard length 1911, the 2011 is approx 1" longer barrel. It's exclusively from Evike so I don't know how easy it is to get in the UK, but for the US it's the way to go. About the same price too.
Got one, the problem I had with it was the mag. The screw for the CO2 was way to easy to cross thread. And as of yet I haven't found any extra mags. Overall I really liked it but only got about three or four mags out of it before the screw got effed up. I bent a couple quarters trying to tighten it.
It has a 1911 feel because it is a 1911, a widebody Hybrid 191. Often referred to as a 2011, which is actually a copyrighted term owned by STI, in much the same way vacuum cleaners are often referred to as Hoover's. :). Incidentally the Real one is a little bit longer and both EMG / AW Custom and Army Armourment make more accurate copies. The best ones however would be a Nova Kit built on a TM base, but these are hard to find now and cost around £500. These are all airsoft varients by the way, the Baba Yaga is also available in Airsoft form.
I've had one of these since July it's excellent but it is a little bit fussy about the ball bearings. It doesn't like the copper coated ones which is a little bit ironic. I get along fine with the speed loader and I use it on my other BB guns as well.
This seems to be a pretty good airpistol. A good piece in a collection alongside a CZ Shadow2 and the likes. Plenty of metal, well made - and with an adjustable rear sight. I have though not bothered to seek up one of these myself...yet at least. For me it would probably not offer more than the "John Wick's pistol" aspect. And I think I'd probably still just keep to shooting more with that mentioned SA-10... . . But a big Thank you to Andy and crew yet again! I do so love these pistol reviews.
@@brorjordas1979 it feels great though.. after I removed and reinstalled the front sight it was plinking great at 30ft until the inner barrel assembly came loose, I tinkered with lock tight multiple times but it just keeps coming loose.

I’m new at this so forgive me. I recently purchased a sig sauer P226 and I was wondering if you ever did a review on it and if so what is your honest opinion of it and if not would you be willing to?
Hi Andy! I’m not a keyboard warrior or a hater - but I’d like to pick you up on something if I may: I’ve noticed that you don’t always use the ‘correct’ gun terms for parts of a gun - so for example - the part of the pistol that sits in the web of your hand is a ‘tang’ - not a ‘tail’. I’ve also heard you call a ‘sling’ a ‘strap’. (Straps are for handbags! Lol) This may sound trifling - but it does (for me) grate a little!! Anyway - great content, keep it up!! 😊👍
Andy, big up to you. Please just tell me the one I need out of this line up. Wh100bp, uragan, brocock ranger, Walter reign, compatto target. I'm going to spend a £1500 spend on a 4 year save. All 22 sub ft lb. And that's without filling.
A nice looking pistol, very cool if a bit underwhelming in the power stakes, it would be nice if one of the manufacturers would do a pellet version, I have a gamo C15 that would put this to shame...lol
Why keep testing the power outside in freezing winds if you know it affects accurate readings? Set up an indoor power testing range for the colder months.
