Brilliant as always mate. Joel makes a lot of sense and you just have to actually try his theories to know that it has a lot of potential. In the end archery is all in your own brain! I did the shoot solid course after your last podcast and it’s made a heap of difference to my shooting , having a process and sticking to it seems to be the key.
