About 20 years ago I went to a cafe and ordered a hot chocolate. I told the lady how to make it, but she ignored me and made it with powder and hot steam. I asked her if she made it in the microwave with milk and added cold milk, the fucking thing was so hot that the moment I tried to drink it I was badly scalded and my mouth was sore for almost an entire year! DON'T order hot drinks from cafes, their so stupidly hot that you cant hold the bloody thing, let alone drink it. I don't understand why hot drinks have to be THAT friggin hot it just burns you! I will never order a hot chocolate ever again and I always make my own tea, it's like everyone else likes to blister, I just don't understand how people can drink liquids that hot. Any time someone makes me tea, it's too hot. It's not possible to swallow something that moments before was boiling! SCREW cafe hot drinks, their like lava in a cup!!!! I swear people are made of fibre glass insulation and have leather tongues! ) :
I'm so sorry about what you had went through and had a very bad memorized with hot drinks. I can say that they may not know exactly how to make hot drinks with correct temperature, normally we make hot drinks from 60-65 degrees for dine-in cup and 65-70 degrees for take away cup. it's hot but the hot of it we still can enjoy to drink or to take a sip. If you are planning to visit Cambodia I'm looking forward to serve a perfect any kind of hot drinks for you. Have a nice day to you!
@@Tastewithnewdrinks Thank you, one of the only people who knows how to make a proper hot chocolate is my sister! She makes them all frothy and delicious with ought the scorching heat! I love a hot chocolate with whole milk. Even the cheaper chocolate powder is decent enough. I also love to make chocolate cakes too. I use vanilla extract, but no coffee! Why people feel the need to mix coffee into chocolate is beyond me! There are plenty of cold drinks that I enjoy, Fanta, Pepsi, Coke, 7 up, Dr. Pepper, Iron bru, Bubble gum from bar soft drinks, sprite, lemonade, Tizer, Ice tee, fruit juice, etc! As long as they're not so cold they numb your mouth and make you sick, sometimes drinks are too cold also. I'm a bit of a bargain seeker myself. I don't know about everyone else, but I like the own brand beer that the 4 main supermarkets sell. Their only 2% so you can drink more before you have enough alcohol, and they taste ok too! What is your opinion on home cooking? I like to make people Quiches right from scratch, I also like to grow my own tomatoes and veg, with a little help from miracle grow and bug sprays!
Skill issue. I would simply blow the hot chocolate.
@@hearthatbird I know, but once bitten 2ice shy I'm afraid. I just can't shake that memory. You cant see when it's cool enough to drink, or when it's too cold.
