Can someone please tell me the ratio of the different electrolytes in, for example, 100mg of electrolytes(so how much of magnesium, sodium, calcium, potassium)?
Good question. I dont have them on hand but Cole from 'Snake diet' sells packages of electrolytes he doesn't want you to buy so tells you the recipe 😂
