I only realized he wrote for guitar a couple years ago myself... If you like it, you should check out some of the stuff he did for solo guitar like the 37 sonatas (MS 84) or his Grand Sonata (MS 3).

He was a guitarist too , he actually learned to play guitar earlier than violin
