I'm a 46 yo doc sitting in a hospital now listening to this.. makes me feel like like my freshman year of highschool. not sure if that's good or bad lol. regardless, just wanted to send out love to this community and subculture.. hang in there kids/former kids:)

I can't comprehensively explain my top fives of anything, but this is still one of my top five indie pop-punk/midwest emo playlists. I love The Front Bottoms and Tigers Jaw or Camping in Alaska. I'm a "real emo" copy pasta type, so pg.99 or combatwoundedveteran, or iwrotehaikusaboutcannibalisminyouryearbook, fill some other holes. But this mixtape has a special place in my empty heart. And I thank you wholly for your work. This is great, and I'll never forget it
And to add, I'll be sadder everyday this is reuploaded to avoid copyrights. But it won't stop me from listening. I haven't done it yet but I'm boutta rip this for my own safety. Too many other mwemo playlists have died for the cause. This is one that should endure one way or another

You were the only ones I really knew, I guess we all needed each other. I wish we talked more outside school. Please stay safe, wherever you are.

God I miss these times when we were just floating. Never had a real comprehension on anything but we did anything we wanted and that could piss off the family.
